so... this is one of playable characters from Breath of Fire II, princess Nina. Although she's a princess, she was forced to leave her motherland, Wyndia (or Windia) because of her dark wings (plot says that her wings are black, but during the game they're violet...) People of Wyndia have white wings - dark wings are treated as a kind of curse.

normally, "team-support sorceress" characters aren't very interesting, but she is really cool
